My sweet Rhonda will be dearly missed. I have been blessed to know Rhonda since our 1st grade year began at Paramount Terrace Elementary School. My precious Mom and Dad whom are now deceased were best friends with Preston and Marilyn Mann, (Rhonda's loving parents). The memories we shared over all the years were undoubtedly some of life's finest! She was such an amazing daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and friend! I am a better person to have known Rhonda Mann Cooper! Our loss ... heavens gain!
